Experienced Support Workers who provide support to neurodivergent individuals with cognitive and/or psychosocial disabilities

About Us

Why Jay Helping Hands?

Jay Birds are colourful, noisy, resourceful and determined creatures. These qualities accurately represent the founder, Jaymie, and are good qualities to bring to the business of supporting people. So "Jay" was incorporated into the business.

After working as a support worker since 2018 for various organisations, Jaymie realised that working for others wasn't working for her or her clients.

This is why Jay Helping Hands was created. Jay Helping Hands strives to be a business that fosters a safe and supportive work environment for both clients and employees. We encourage people with lived experience of disability to join our team.
